Return Policy

At H&N Homestead, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Because our products are consumable pet treats and chews, we cannot accept returned items once they have left our facility.

Once an order has been dropped off with USPS, shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues are outside of our control. However, if your order arrives with a defect or issue, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

We ask that you inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery to ensure all items arrived correctly and in good condition.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at: hailey@handnhomestead.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We review all claims individually and may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

Please note that cosmetic damage to outer shipping boxes caused during transit does not automatically qualify as a defective order.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of all items received

  • A photo of the packaging materials
