Shelter to Home Program

This program is designed to support shelters and rescues by providing enrichment items for dogs and cats in care, optional sample packs for adopters, and adoption inserts to introduce families to natural, species-appropriate, single-ingredient treats and chews.

Participation is voluntary, and all program materials are carefully selected by H&N Homestead to ensure safety, consistency, and quality. By completing this application, you’ll help us understand your shelter’s size, needs, and capacity so we can provide appropriate support and a positive experience for both your animals and adopters.
